CIITA Completes One Year

Firstly I would also like to convey that Today 28th Jan is the Foundation Day of CIITA.

At this auspicious occasion, I would like to brief, last One Year was a wonderful journey for CIITA. We have done 3 meetings at Puri (Hosted by ITAO), Bodh Gaya(Hosted by BITA) & Mirik (Hosted by IT DAS). We are looking forward for the meeting at Sonpur, Guwahati on 18th-19th Feb 12.

Under the dynamic Leadership of our President Mr. B Hari, all Associations of Eastern India joined CIITA and remain together as a larger family. The last entry to our family was NITO from Siliguri, which formally joined during Mirik meet on 26th - 27th Nov 11.

The Memorandum of CIITA has been registered, Bank a/c opened.

At this outset I on behalf of President & Team CIITA would like to say

Coming together is a beginning,
Staying together is progress,
And working together is success.........Let's work together

The IT Industry is going through the turbulent time and time has come for Veterans and leaders of this Industry to come forward & support IT Industry to grow mainly in Eastern Part of our Country.

One of the challenges we are facing is in making a policy for operation of National Distributors. I sincerely believe only veterans of IT Industry can understand and make a policy which is acceptable and implemental in the market.

In addition to that we have our old pending works like website up dation, finalizing guideline for Principal companies / OEM / Vendors while doing business in this part of the country.

On one side I would like to congratulate Team CIITA for their spirit in participation on the other side I must confess that we have come together and stayed together, but as far as working together is concerned we had done little.

Thanking your for your continuous support & expecting your feedback in this regard.
